Just got back from the show, Grudges and Magrudergrind killed as openers. Dropdead put on a hell of a performance, Bob Otis was fucking awesome. Nasum was fucking amazing, Travis, the guitarist for Grudges got pulled up on stage by Keijo and sang with him. I was standing next to Travis the whole set and he knew the words to every song, props to him. After the set I went up to Keijo Niinimaa and fanboyed the fuck out. I told him that when I had heard that he was covering vocals for the late Mieszko Talarczyk I flipped and thought that they picked the best guy for the job. He told me that hearing that meant a lot to him. I got a security guard to snap a photo of us but the quality was fucking terrible. I snapped shots of Avi and R.J. from Magrudergrind and picked up 3 Dropdead records along with this bitchin Nasum shirt.

Tragedy was fucking sick! I picked up their latest album and Boston Strangler’s LP. Todd was a cool dude, but I handed him 3 LP’s (mine and Rey’s) and he only signed the back of one. I didn’t get it.

Bomb Scare patches are now available!

For all my followers, Bomb Scare is a Thrash Punk band from right here in NYC. They have played numerous shows here and in Jersey. I know all the members and they are some of the most awesome people I have ever met. They have begun making some awesome new merch soon to be available. This is the first patch they have made and it looks sick! They have pins available as well as a shirt coming out. I got a personal preview of the shirt and I am so psyched for them to come out.
